BEFORE LOADING THE BOXES

Be sure to leave extra fragile or large items to us, including washing machines, stereos, refrigerators or computers. Although we can reduce the cost of your service if you unpack boxes yourself, remember that we may not accept breakages on your part as a claim.

TIPS FOR DO-IT-YOURSELF PACKING

Should you choose do your own packing, make sure to first check your insurance coverage on moving damages.

You can also organise your belongings by categorising items into rooms (bedroom, bathroom, study etc.) and labelling the room destination on the box.

For easier removal, pack heavier items in small, sturdy cartons.

Use crushed paper or butcher’s paper (not newspaper) to cushion the carton within 5 cms of your item.

Place items that you don’t want moved in a designated area and let us know not to remove them.
